Meet the team – Paul Riding

Paul has a wealth of experience in the asbestos industry having worked in asbestos removal, asbestos surveying and office-based management positions. Already proven to be an asset to the company as a surveyor, Paul now joins the team as a Project Manager.

How have your previous roles prepared you for your new role?

My previous roles of operations and contracts manager for Forest Environmental and then as operations manager at ASR has given me a range of experience to be able to manage projects from start to finish. Being more hands on in these roles has given me an invaluable learning experience to set me up for this new role.

What are you looking forward most in this new role?

Having a handle on the full mix of work whether that be surveying, overseeing removal works or quality reviewing with a bit of admin here and there too I’m sure!

I am looking forward to being involved in everything and getting stuck into some new projects in Essex and Hertfordshire.

And outside of work how do you enjoy spending your time?

Spending time with my family and anything football related with my boys – whether that’s having a kick about or watching my team, Tottenham.
