Global Environmental’s successful working relationship with Breyer has resulted in two new contracts for their kitchen renewal schemes, this time in South Essex and South London. The two companies have been working together over the last three years on improvement schemes for Barking and Dagenham where over 800 properties have benefited from replacement kitchen, bathroom, heating and electrical works to bring them all up to standard. The new contracts are for asbestos surveys prior to kitchen renewals.
“We are delighted to be working with Breyer again on their latest Decent Homes programmes,” says Paul Phillips, Operations Manager for Global Environmental. “We have established working practices that mean we can start work immediately, confident that our systems are in place to provide Breyer with all the information they require such as 24/7 access to asbestos information across both schemes.”
Breyer Group’s Contract Manager, Spencer Marshall agreed: “Following on from successful delivery of Barking and Dagenham we’re looking forward to working with Global again at South Essex Homes”.
The Breyer Group has many years’ experience of providing high-quality internal and external refurbishment and are currently involved in over 20 frameworks and partnering arrangements with local authorities and independent housing associations to complete home refurbishments.
